unemployment is fought by educating people, teaching them new trades that they can do from their homes, in this case Particular to the pandemic, governments should implement distance training plans, for those who do not have access to a smartphone or a pc, or a grant them in any kind of loan to learn and earn life, I think that would be a good solution.
I don't think governments are very interested in that. At least it's my thinking. I don't see much point in that, not here. They'd rather give away a bag of food once a month, and that's it.
