You have to learn to manage time, plan, and have a mind map that allows you to always be focused on your goals.
It is also a good exercise to always listen to children, because their wisdom helps us solve things that seem impossible to us.
As much as some people like to ignore children, I always love to listen to whatsoever their little lovely minds have to say.
