Introduction
In the vast majority of cases of the manifestations of energy radiations, in general, our eyes do not have the ability to visualize them, however, this aspect has not represented an obstacle for man to have been able to apply them in some activities of their daily lives, and all this undoubtedly thanks to the application of the wonderful field of technology.
The great technological development has allowed us to take huge or exponential steps towards our development in all senses, and for this, it has used all the fundamental knowledge that science has given and continues to give them through all this time, therefore, when we talk about technology in any sense we are referring equally to the field of science and vice versa.
In this opportunity we will relate in a general way with a type of radiation belonging to the family of corpuscular radiations, where the alpha rays are also found, unlike electromagnetic radiations, this type of radiation besides propagating energy also possesses mass charges, contrary to electromagnetic radiations which only possess energy when propagated.
It is important to emphasize that each type of energy manifestation is found in our environment, and with it, has the possibility of making contact with our body, and that is why man throughout history has had the great interest to analyze them and learn more about them and especially the effect and usefulness to our bodies.
Beta radiation in our body
When we talk about any type of radiation, it will always be important to know how it acts in our body, and also to know if these radiations are ionizing or not, when they come into contact with our organism, therefore, my dear readers, beta radiation is represented by electrons with great speed, and that also belong to the family of ionizing radiations.
Although beta rays have greater penetrability than alpha rays, however, when compared to other radiations such as X-rays and gamma rays, they are less penetrating than these electromagnetic radiations, and this relationship can be seen in Figure 1 below.
It is important to express that thanks to the advances in technology, instruments have been generated which are capable of visualizing these ionizing radiations such as beta rays, and this can be seen through the implementation of the so-called fog chamber as shown in figure 2 below.
This application technology has also allowed us to implement these radiations in our body even though they represent a danger to us when we come into contact with them, however, this aspect of danger due to the nexus science and technology has been reversed and use this radiation in our favor as you can see below in the following figure 3.
Conclusion
In this way we have drawn or written our history as humanity, and the road is still very long, however, at present we are reliable witnesses of each of the technological advances that through scientific knowledge have been achieved and developed for the benefit of all of us.
Each of the radiations present in our surroundings has required great analysis, but this effort has allowed us to learn more about our environment and their effects on our body, either negatively or positively as we could see in the previous figure 3 and its application in our body.
Until another opportunity, my dear friends, everything that surrounds us will always have an influence on our existence, and without a doubt, radiation is a clear example of this.

Hallelujah for technology, we always learn and take advantage every day, thanks for the contributions on this subject.
That's right my friend @joseph1956.
Technology constantly allows us to advance in every way as humanity, and an example is in the field of medicine, where it has given us excellent contribution to the care and treatment of our body. Thank you friend for your great contribution. Best regards.
For an ordinary person like me, reading your publication makes it very easy to understand and the first image helps much more to clarify what you are explaining.
However, when I saw the last ray in the image I remembered a comic book Hulk
Hello friend @lanzjoseg.
The field of science-technology is constantly bringing us excellent applications that allow us to advance in every way as shown on this occasion, and of course friend that expresses the origin of the hulk by a gamma ray burst, thanks friend for your great contribution. Greetings and many successes.
Very good publication. We see then that many of these technologies are channelling processes so that these radiations are being used for some important procedures in our body. This is a way of redirecting what could do us harm.
That's right, by observing our environment we can undoubtedly realize how technological advances are present in any aspect of our lives as shown on this occasion and its action in our body, thanks for your great contribution. Greetings and many successes.
Greetings @rbalzan79, it is pleasant to read about the different technological advances that chemistry has had in our society and therefore in the human being, thanks to its continuous studies in the field of alpha and beta rays in our body, these are no longer harmful (low levels) for the human being and as it is present in nature our body has been creating some resistance to low amounts. However, we cannot ignore that in health, these beta particles in a prolonged exposure time penetrate into living tissue and can cause spontaneous mutations in DNA.
Hi @sidalim88.
Technological advances do not slow down and on the contrary continue to advance in every way and here is an example of this through the application of these types of radiation that although they are ionizing we have been able to implement them to treat some diseases such as cancer, and this is the wonderful science-technology. Thank you indeed for your very nourishing and wonderful contribution. Greetings and many blessings.
I love physics. Very educational. Thanks @rbalzan79.
Thanks for the info.
