A great article that you share with us on this occasion, and I think that any of us identify with every word written by you on this occasion, where it is necessary to highlight what you express:
Sometimes we are very clear about the things that would be good for us and the things we should change in our life, however, we do nothing to change them.
I think the same way as you and therefore I think that from thought to fact there is a long way, actually you share with us very accurate reflections with which we can identify and change many things that we have to change in our lives.
