I read half of this book and I loved it, the part about buying luxuries at the end is a very good lesson I clearly remember reading that part and something I usually do is buy luxuries because anxiety beats me, as a luxury I mean a new video game and full price, but since I read this book I put aside those practices and now I usually wait calmly for the price to drop
