the other element that will influence my position is the place or direction that Project HOPE takes
Project.hope will be supporting content created by all authors collaborating with us so far. Regardless if they will be posting on hive or steemit. Or both.
Personally I believe, that majority of users will post same content on both chain. Most likely original publications will be posted on HIVE and then Steem blockchain. And we will support all of those posts the best way we can.
Hope it does clarify project.hope stand on this issue?

Good decision, we must go ahead, after all the benefit of most of us is not the investment, it is the creation of content and we will have another window to publish, more work, much more effort. Let's do it!
What remains to be seen is the behavior of the price of both currencies, hopefully it will benefit us all.
