In general they are good advice. Loss and mourning are terrible things for mood, it is normal to feel bad and suffer for it, but maintaining that state and entering depression is dangerous to health.

In these times of pandemic, depression and confinement make a terrible couple, so looking for a way to alleviate that state of mind is something necessary to be able to face life and survive this situation.
