High profile companies today are those who have made it a point of duty to handle conversations the appropriate way, companies who are known to deliver always have a way of making things run in the favor of their customers. A profitable business setting is one that is filled with accountability, a company that is made up of a group of people that have success as a habit and are usually productive.
Accountability is a key that must run through the blood of every business owner down through the blood of the management team and eventually to every member of staff if success is to be recorded in such an enterprise. The first key to accountability is by handling customer’s complaints immediately, a failed business is when members of staff take customer complaints with levity by passing in unto one another without taking any step to handle the complaints.
The second key to running a successful business enterprise is being productive, everyone associated to a business must be productive, any employee who is not adding anything to the business, should not be in the business at all. Every member of staff must be a productive one and must produce value for the money they receive as salary.
Every employee of a successful enterprise must learn how to do different things, sometimes work may call for switching of roles, employees need to be trained to cover up the positions of each other whenever the need arise. Sometimes the secretary might be sick or when the post of an assistant is not filled, someone in the office should be able to multitask for that period and cover the necessary position.

A business enterprise built on quality stands the test of time, when there is no adequate quality to defend a business empire, it fails at the rise of challenges.
Active performance, keeps a business empire on top of its game all the time. As a person trying to build a business empire, you need to bear in mind that active team members are required to make all of your plans achievable. It is not enough to just have a positive spirit as the owner of the business, everyone you bring into the organization, irrespective of how small their position is, you need to make them aware of what your goals and intentions are and the reason is because it takes more than just your single idea to build a great business empire.

The structure of a business matters a lot and a proper business structure helps a business to scale through trying times
A business with a shabby structure fails very fast.
When I walk into an enterprise that lacks proper organization, the only thing that can make me patronize them any further is a good customer service and if the both factors are absent, then it is a place I will never return to.
Any business that cannot offer these services surely does not deserve good customers, so you have a valid point there.
