Saving sounds like a great idea, but then you have to be ahead of your bills, that is something difficult for many people worldwide.
Multiple income streams, I think that is easier to create than a savings.
Many of us have steem, and hives, will soon have blurt, and then ZAPATA. Keeping a bit of our blogging earnings and putting them into a coin that earns interest, now we have a bunch of little streams waiting to grow. Especially if you remember that the blockchains like steem pay for your writing, commenting, curating, any delegations you give, are interest bearing and can also grow exponentially.
Looks like many of us have a few income streams.
Diversifying income, that's what it's all about.
A stream of money can grow by a few percent, and if there are several of them, they eventually add up to something that can be significant.
Yes, according to you, we will soon have diverse, and varied, income.
