For Newcomers, it is really one of the instant exchange facilities. If you are doing a micro trade then I think STEEM/TRX is the cost-effective option among the three.
It does not require any sign up/registration, that makes the thing simple.

It's actually very easy to use, the only thing I see as a detail is that it's just to get out of the platform, and not to get in, however, I support the fact that a fixed fee is beneficial and that it's really very easy to use.
