I always say it that if you are easily moved by emotions, you can not trade bear market because it will get to a point you will be jerked out of the market due to the bear stuff
One must learn to be patient as in crypto space what ever goes down returns up
Greetings @mandate, I very much agree with your comment, we must take into consideration that if we let ourselves be controlled by emotions in these scenarios we will end up losing money, we must be patient and control our impulses.
