Actually as criminal lawyer i can say you that the inaction has a penalty like an action, when talk about felonies. The inaction in some case is punished with a jail sentence. I think that this is the same thing in the real life beyond of world of law. All of us has to be prepared to act in our lives or sufrer our destination for doing nothing.
