Greetings and welcome dear readers to this prestigious platform and especially to all users who make daily life in the @Project.hope community and who are passionate about scientific content with practical contributions from a flexible perspective and a language of understanding adapted to any user or reader.
In this sense, in this issue we will be addressing the progress and uses of one of the disciplines associated with chemistry as a science and is responsible for studying all chemical processes generated at the level of living beings, so that we will focus on the conceptual approach of the applications generated through biochemistry.
Therefore, it is to be assumed that biochemistry is a practical theoretical discipline whose research and scientific processes are widely used in our daily activities, from agriculture, nutrition, medical sciences, among other uses that we will break down throughout this writing.

At the clinical level we can observe that biochemical processes allow us to make timely diagnoses, as well as the monitoring and control of diseases, an example of this is presented in liver diseases, which once diagnosed we must appeal for the investigative processes associated with biochemistry in order to understand the functioning of the clinical condition.
That is why nowadays we can know that the hepatic processes are usually controlled by the measurements of the blood activities controlled by the enzyme transaminases and of the degradation products of hemoglobin that we will call bilirubin.
Another area of great interest in the field of biochemistry is the pharmacology associated with toxic processes, where external chemical substances enter our body following pharmacodynamic and pharmacokinetic pathways at the metabolic level and fulfilling desired pharmacological conditions.

As an example of the above, we can cite the use of antibiotics, specifically penicillin, which has the ability to destroy bacteria by enzymatic inhibition as it generates the synthesis of specific and essential polysaccharides at the level of the cell wall of the bacteria.
At present, it has been achieved with the use of technological processes to generate a design called pharmacological architecture which allows the analysis of molecular structures in viruses, a procedure that allows us to act in advance in possible treatments on these species.
At the agricultural level it has generated a great influence, since herbicides and pesticides act according to specific biochemical processes, associated with the blocking of enzyme receptors that prevent the metabolic development of pests, through biochemistry can understand the actions of chemicals for agricultural processes and resistance of pest species, hence its fundamental contribution in environmental issues and agri-food repercussions.

There are other areas of knowledge associated with biochemistry where genetic engineering appeals to its principles to develop the process of species cloning, which is already an undeniable reality. Undoubtedly there are great advances that we have been able to produce, hence the need to be informed about the different positive contributions generated at the scientific level, where chemistry as a science, rather than problematic situations, has not allowed us to develop a better quality of life.
FINAL CONSIDERATIONS
In general, we usually hear about the negative effects that chemistry has generated as a science and we forget the large number of discoveries that we have managed to generate through this, hence the need for this type of publications that allow us to generate a more friendly view on the scientific knowledge associated with chemistry in general.
To cite a very specific example, the current pandemic and the process of elaboration of vaccines is carried out thanks to the biochemical foundations that we have managed to generate over time and allows us to guarantee a better quality of life over time. Hence the need to continue advancing without neglecting the environmental component that is so fundamental for the human species.

Grateful with the community @project.hope and with all the management team of the same one that they motivate us to continue working in a mutual and balanced growth.
hello @madridbg,
biochemistry is one of the areas of science that has contributed the most to the quality of life of human beings, thanks to this branch of science people can live longer, it is also true that the pharmaceutical industry abuses this branch of science by inventing diseases and then selling cures, but this does not imply that biochemistry is to blame, as you say, thanks to the foundations of this branch of science we can now have a vaccine to the pandemic.
The scientific method is very important in its application in the different scientific branches, however in the advances towards the development and consolidation of the applications of biochemistry it is undoubtedly fundamental.
Greetings and thank you for your valuable contribution.
Hello @madridbg
Exciting subject biochemistry. I can say it was the most.comolicada subject I saw at university, out of 100 students the first time can pass it 30, it's crazy. But the truth is that it helps to understand all the rest of things in a deeper way, the micromolecular functioning of the organism what the body does with drugs and what drugs do in the.oeganism, in short, is.essential, although I know that many do not stand it, for me it was exciting.
It is simply in everything.
