Competition # 2 Project Hope: for all content creators by @madridbg

Greetings my dear members of the community of @project.hope, in advance thank the organizers of the contest @juanmolina and @josevas217, for such a wonderful initiative that motivates us to upload quality content under our own perception and work dynamics so that we can leave aside the forms of plagiarism.
In this sense, the following lines of writing are oriented according to the approaches proposed by Erich Fromm and which are specified in the following sentence:
"Education manufactures machines that act like men and produces men who act like machines.".
Although it is a phrase from my somewhat general or open perception, we will try to approach it in the following way:
In the first place, education as a process has to be conceived as that which facilitates the acquisition of learning, skills and values that allow us to participate individually and collectively in the solution of our daily problems.
Fig. 2. Education allows us to develop skills that make it easier for us to perform our daily tasks. Author: nugroho dwi hartawan
Starting from that premise, let's approach Fromm's phrase, which from my perspective is attributed to the fact that we go to school, we are trained in the conceptual and attitudinal but we end up mechanizing our way of proceeding in our work, that is, we end up executing our tasks in an automated and repetitive way. Consequently, we adopt the form of machines and where our feelings in many cases are imperceptible, hence the phrase, "education, produces men who act as machines."
Fig. 3. Our daily functions force us to behave like machines. Author: Wilfried Pohnke
On the other hand, thanks to technological advances, today we have the ability to use bio-inspired algorithms that allow us to execute computational functions inspired by human logic, that is, these types of programs implemented in robotic equipment, are capable of processing information, solve problems and have autonomy that replicates the human way of thinking, that is, we apply our technological knowledge and develop beings capable of generating humanity from robotic principles, hence the phrase, "education makes machines that act like men."
Fig. 4. Education applied to technological advances has allowed us to develop teams with the ability to think that somehow manifest humanity. Author: Comfreak
Finally, I must add that a training process must be oriented towards financial freedom, and I am referring to the fact that we must educate ourselves and learn to generate free time, time that allows us to enjoy the company of our loved ones, time that allows us to travel and get to know the world, because it is the most precious good that life gives us. Therefore, we leave the hard work to the machines.
I hope you have found my contribution interesting and we will see each other in the next delivery, likewise I invite you to participate in the contest sponsored by the community @project.hope, for this I leave you the reference link:

Grateful with the community @project.hope and with all the management team of the same one that they motivate us to continue working in a mutual and balanced growth.
Hello @madridbg
interesting entry to the contest.
Grateful for your participation.
Certainly, many times so much study leads to a kind of automation of the things we do every day, and I'm not against automations, not at all, but when we start acting like machines we become dehumanized.
Being able to enjoy our time is important, it is necessary. Because everything happens very quickly, and when we realize that our strength has diminished, time has gone...
Certainly @josevas217 time is one of the most precious assets that we have, but it is also the most limited, without realizing it we go away and we stay in the device as the Maracucho says. From my opinion we must train and work in order to gain more free time and for this we must learn to generate passive income that allows us to achieve this task. Greetings
Hello @madridbg
Education should be a process of liberation, the phrase you quote:
In one way or another, it takes us away from this principle of liberation, because in a way, Erich Fromm's logic is totally valid, and more so in the current social context, where professionals, after obtaining their first job, become social machines. Now I think that one way to break this conception is to develop new methods of teaching/learning that give priority to meaningful and constructivist approaches. I await your appreciation in this regard.
Reading your post i could grab some beautiful points. I hope to also participate in the contest.
Education is supposed to enhance the human evolution and bring about the emanation and development of real humans.
Machines have absolutely taken the place of men in sime part of the world that the problems of unemployment is as a result of machines playing the role of a man.
i think I'm in for the contest.😊👍
I like some key things that you stated in your post. I agree that increased automation should be used for the purpose of creating more free time for us. It is wierd that as the United States economy has become more advanced people aren't working less--they are actually working more. You think that machines would save us time and that we would work less.
Many households in the 1950s were single income households and that was enough to raise an entire family. Today, most households are dual income so instead of each households contributing roughly 40 hours into the workforce, each household is now contributing 80+ hours.
I also like what you said about humans acting like machines. The more repetitive and mechanical we are the easier it is for machines to replicate us and replace us. People associate automation with taking away manual labor jobs, but the truth is non physical work will actually be easier to automate because you can use software to automate thinking and decision making while physical work usually requires hardware to automate.
Great post!
