why depend on salary.
Many people depend solely on their monthly income for survival if the government or the employee decided not to pay salary they don't have any other means except they depend on freinds and family members.
l might not blamed them that much because the educational system favoured it, ask from majority of undergraduate or people going to school why they are in school or what they want to do after school you will hear story like well I want to graduate look for a good job, work in a reputable company, earn good salary e.tc. you will hardly hear them saying i want to establish my own company nobody want to start from the scratch it might look good to depend on salary but did you know that if you work for salary through out your life time you will have to work for somebody, you will have to help others fulfilled their dream and anything can happen to the company and you might get sacked or the company might fold up.
Why not make your own dream a reality be your own boss reduce the rate of unemployment don't add to it. did you know that when you are on salary your monthly allowance is fixed no matter how much you work. but if you have you own company you can decide your own salary and after you are long gone your children and grandchildren can continue to manage the business and also you will reduce the rate of unemployment.
If you work for someone the story they will say after you are no more is when his/her father was working in this company he was an hardworking man.
Build your own business or company so that after you are long gone your name will not be forgotten people only ask for the founders and not those that make it works. Think big and look into the future.
It is Always dangerous depending on only salary as salary might fail. It will be recommended to build one's own and try to live on that own

Thanks for the comments but did you know you can still live a simple life even when you are doing business. I agree with you on the part that some are not business oriented but if they like business they can learn about it and there are somethings people can do apart from salary jobs that will fetch them money apart from business. This steemit platform is an example.
It is good to always have an extra source of income asides from our salary because not everyone likes to be a full time boss.
