Having experience in whatever field helps a lot, and especially when it's about business since almost all the masters in their businesses are people with huge experience.

Experince isn't something like knowledge you would get from a source, it's main source is your own life and what you try to do, maybe the advice of elders is helpful but still not enough to get the required experience.
