Hey there, I am back

in Project HOPE2 years ago (edited)

I went on a writing break as I had a lot of stuff to clear while on my full-time job and I must confess that the decision was hard. Throughout this period, I have learned a lot of stuff about myself and about people. I sincerely hope that these lessons will help you become a better version of who you are.

With that said; let's dive in:

You are better at facing a task at a time

Multitasking has been one of my go-to way of doing things but I found out over the course of my break that it does not increase productivity. Multi-tasking can be disastrous as it could leave one overwhelmed in the long run and that could lead to one abandoning the task altogether.

What you should do: Just take on task one after the other. Finish one task before starting the next.

Everyone is busy with Life also

I have been away for a while, maybe not for a long period I had imagined. Thank you @crypto.piotr for always taling yoir time to check up on me on discord, i appreciate.

As far as I can say, Most people are focused on getting their daily bread and are they have lesser time to be concerned about others.

What you should do: Do retaliate, be the bigger person and let the change start with you. Reach out to people who comment on your post or are in your community when you notice an abnormal posting pattern from them.

You should be your own Priority

These past few weeks gave me clarity and I saw that at the end of the day, you only have yourself as your backup plan. I realize that I am my own support system and that has kind of in a way opened my eyes to the reality that I do not really need anyone to scale through. I could do it on my own and get it right.

What you should do: Depend on and Trust yourself more

Life is Short

While I had little to no time for social media, I still could still get to know a lot of things happening on social media due to the evening gatherings I have imposed on myself. I have made it a pratices to always take myself out in the evening to relax and that has in a way got me to make more friends.

The Key crucial takeaway remains that I have found a way to take care of myself by relaxing and expecting little to nothing from life

What you should do: Periodically go out from your comfort zones and have fun to the fullest

Hi @lebey1

I only found some time now to catch up with Steemit and I pumped into one of your older publication.

You've mentioned multitasking. This is such a nice word, but it should be replaced with one: multiswitching.
It is usually very time consuming and inefficient way of doing things. That's my personal opinion of course.

No one cares really
I have been away for a while, maybe not for a long period I had imagined but one thing I never got was a message from a user or someone in the same community as I am.

I'm sorry, but I call it BULLSH*T. I've checked on you twice on Discord within past weeks. It is you who didn't reply to any of my message in over a month :/
I dont even know how to comment on what you wrote ...

:/

I just checked my discord and i can see that you truly mesaaged. Thanks for always checking up on me. I will edit that part out

Hopefully you will visit Discord more often. So we could actually keep in touch @lebey1 :)

Thats true

I am happy that you are back and another thing is that I am happy with the update you just dropped. I love the last part which says that we should go out of our comfort zone at times to have a full enjoyment of ourselves, remember that life is short as you stated.

Thanks for stopping by
