Fun for me is disturbing activities with no value like having fun playing game. I ofteh have done this and regret after that. I played games for hours meanwhile I have a target to write an article. I felt tired and saw nothing I have done. So I need to play games but I need to write an article. I think I have to split the session to write and to play.
We should focus more time on activities that will bring in better returns, it is not bad to play games but it is necessary to know when to cut the game off.
