Hello friend, good questions, I will answer as follows:

Questions
Will humans be able to land on Mars?--- > Yes.
Will humans be able to live on more than one planet?---> Yes
Do you think Astronauts will find genesis of life if they land on Mars? Not.

I believe that the origin of life is: Wherever there is life in the universe, that life form is the origin for each one.

At this moment the origin of life or human species is at stake.

    Thanks for the response. I am also not sure there will be signs of life in mars. But since it has Water ice beneath the ground, there is a possibility that it may contain living microbes
