Razor Sharp Focus
When most of the wealthiest men in the world were asked the reason for their wealth, a common answer seemed to connect all these powerful men - and that answer was focus. While some people don't understand how powerful focus is, the wealthiest men in the world do.
And if by any chance you'd want to someday be counted as someone who has impacted the world, and amassed great wealth for yourself, then becoming more focused is the first step. Do you think that you can arrive at your destination, when after a short while you keep changing your direction?
The odds are slim, and in the end you may never arrive at your destination. And that's why staying focused on your dreams and aspirations is one of the biggest strengths you can possess. That focus will drive you, it will motivate you, and it will fuel you when you're feeling tired.
Once upon a time Andrew Carnegie was asked, How come he managed to amass so much wealth within a short period of time? And his answer was, "I can keep my mind focused on a single thing for 5 minutes straight. How many of you can do that?"
Just 5 minutes, some people may say. But in reality, not many people can think of just one thing for 5 minutes straight, without having another thought disrupting their mind from that singular focus. Hence, focus is the biggest key to unlocking the door that leads to great wealth and achievements.
Distractions are indeed highly dangerous, there is a lot of strength behind being able to focus on something important. Once we set our heart to it without being distracted, we will be shocked at how much we will be able to achieve at the end of the day.
