"Healthy body, healthy mind", thank you very much @Lynnmargullys for reminding us of the benefits of physical exercise on our mental health, certainly when we are physically active our ideas flow faster, we feel mentally more active and a sense of accomplishment and achievement overwhelms us.

Thanks to you for appreciating the advice... when we do exercises we release these substances and generate more ideas from creativity...a hug.
