RE: How To Overcome The Fear Of Public Speaking As An Entrepreneur - Part 4

With pleasure since you allow me, the idea would be something like this:

It is also a good idea to know your audience. Knowing your audience before hand, like who they are, what they do, what are the topics that interest them, will also make you choose a topic that they will be interested in and not get bored while you are delivering the speech. However, don't overthink your audience reaction. There is always going to be someone in the audience on their phone or yawing.

When you remember that their always be someone who is bored and it has nothing to do with you or the way you do your presentation, the better for you. So, stay calm and don't let the audience reaction bother you instead focus on you material and on how to best deliver it.

Humor is known as the best tool to put not only ourselves but also our audience at ease. You can use this technique to connect better to your audience and make them also feel better at ease with you, thereby making them listen more to your presentation. Even if you are giving presentation on your favorite topic you can still make mistake or goof around. I mean, we are all humans and we bungle up sometimes.

So be prepare to laugh at yourself, if at all you goof up on stage while presenting be the first to acknowledge it and then move on. A does of humor is great in stressful situation and you will see that you will have your audience laughing along with you and not at you, leaving you all connecting well with each other.

Of course, I fully understand that when developing a topic, the fundamental thing is to develop the idea in a single paragraph as long as there is continuity in the speech, however, you have to try to write in such a way that the idea can be developed in several fragments with phrases or connectors between they.

In this case I only divided the text into parts so that you can see how the appearance of it changes and how it invites more to read it than when it is written in a single block of text.

In particular, I try that each paragraph I write does not exceed five or a maximum of six lines for each one, this so as not to make heavy reading.

I hope my advice can be of use to you
