You can't start a business if surviving is your job
Hello everyone, I hope you are having a great day, a great week, I want to share another topic with you, result of a video I saw recently. This video was shared with me by the user @trabajosdelsiglo. This video is about a chapter of a program in which a millionaire man from the United States moves to another state, incognito, with $100 as capital and a van. He promises that in three months he will have a millionaire's business, starting from scratch, you'll find it interesting? ... sure enough, this first chapter is about his first week in that new city without his economic power, and how he manages to start raising money.
I must say before continuing that I don't watch any television, nothing. But the subject of this program caught my attention so after a long time, I spent time watching the video and I found it very instructive, there were particular phrases that this millionaire who was pretending to be an ordinary person said, that I want to highlight, share them in this opportunity with you, and why not?, have a conversation about it in relation to your points of view?
As a great connoisseur of the market world and in view of his experience he did not close himself to the business possibilities that can be found in many spaces, so he started by saying, "There are opportunities everywhere", and yes, it is true, but you have to know how to look for them or create them, which is why most people do not choose.
After affirming himself he has to find options, the next thing he did, and it gave me a good idea of a reality, is that many people want to look for a way to grow some enterprise, but they do not have to maintain their basic expenses for a reasonable time. So he said the following: "You can't start a business if surviving is your job. You must first cover the basic needs before you can develop something better." A strong statement, so he made calculations of what he would need to live on for three months paying for the basics. And based on that, he estimated how much he would need for three months, and decided to work on getting that together first.
I don't know if that makes sense to you, but to me it makes a lot of sense. You have to find a way to "get out of survival mode quickly", because having your basic expenses covered for a while, you can dedicate your efforts (physically and mentally) to the development of your business, it's not something that can't be organized.
Once you can cover your basic expenses you will be ready to develop your business or businesses. He emphasized the need to look for ways to have several sources of income, or if one does not work properly, another will. I literally learned a lot with this program, which lasted about 42 minutes, but you have to figure out the messages it sends?

Starting a business does not come as easy as we imagine it, if there is no source for making an extra income the business owner will ear feel into the business and eventually result in failure.
