For mental health, at least as far as I'm concerned, I've long seen the world at large as it is, a place where the rich (a few) rule and those of us who don't have that power, see how we can benefit. And this is not to be a conformist, but a realist.
The history of the world has always been like that, and there will be those who agree and those who do not, it is valid.
Centralization is real, I like utopian decentralization, theoretically it is perfect, distributed power and that... but the real reality is different.
