Negotiating is an art.

In the case of increases, they must be well defended or justified.
Knowing that you add value is crucial.
Because otherwise, you could hardly achieve it.
A few months ago I asked for a raise, and I got it. I thought a lot about it, first to value myself and second to have different things in mind to do it.
