Central banks attacking cryptocurrencies?

in Project HOPE5 years ago

Hello Project Hope community, a pleasure to be here again with you, I would like to comment on something that I feel is happening, and it is related to the cryptocurrencies market. Unfortunately we have seen again a decrease in the global market prices, and it coincides with a pronouncement from the central bank of Japan, after a pronouncement from the Central Bank of China, and other banks, coincidental?, I don't think so.

I want to share my opinion on this matter, we may or may not agree with me, but that is what it is all about, differences of opinion, which in some way may complement what I say or simply be totally against, everything is valid.

On May 13, Elon Musk, a well-known businessman who has been promoting and supporting the crypto environment for months, changed his mind and announced that Tesla would not accept Bitcoin as a form of payment, which caused the market in general to plummet.

But, what's really behind all this, what I will say below is just speculation, but, it is something that could happen. It is absurd that he says that the negative aspect of BTC mining is what led him to make this change, because if we consider the pollution that his company leaves behind every time it launches rockets into space or the lithium that is used in batteries, well, he looks very bad in that aspect.

Could it be that he has been pressured by the U.S. government to issue this statement, they could do it, since BTC and cryptos in general have gained a lot of ground in times of pandemic, and people, many, have lost confidence in the dollar, for example.

Subsequently, the Chinese People's Bank announced a series of restrictions that made the price sink even further, as did the European Central Bank, which labeled Bitcoin as a big bubble.

To close the week, the Central Bank of Japan, through its president, made statements that caused prices to fall even further yesterday, downplaying the importance of the crypto movement, saying that operations are highly speculative and highly volatile, and that it is hardly used as a means of payment.

Given all this that I have mentioned above, it seems to me to be an organized attack by the central banking institutions of the countries that are world powers, or of the European bloc. I think that finally what it shows is the scope that cryptocurrencies have had, and that it is undoubtedly putting at risk what is traditionally known as the financial system.

I particularly will continue to use cryptos, there is nothing that can change that. No central bank of any country can eliminate cryptos, they are not something they can control, and surely this is what affects them the most, the lack of control over this. They can affect the price with negative news, of course, but to prevent everyone from using them, I see it very difficult.

I would like to read what you think about this. I read you in the comments.

Have a good weekend.

The reality is that most banking systems or institutions believe that no one will definitely want to keep their money inside the bank if much people know about cryptos. I am not surprised about the crypto attack though but since I have always believed in the crypto system, I see no reason why I should pull out just because of a minor FUD created by banks.

Thanks for sharing this great post with love from @hardaeborla and I hope you have a great day ahead ❤️💕❤️💕

Thank you hardaeborla for commenting.
Certainly, if one believes in cryptos, this time of rumors is not something that should scare us.

Greetings my dear friend @josevas217, sometimes the interests of big capital when they are affected look for strategies that allow them to cope with what they consider to be fraudulent, simply because it is something that is not productive for them, I think Elon Musk was a chip that they moved, but looked for a very cheap excuse, which makes him look like a character of double standards, he cares about the environment and his companies contribute to pollution, as you rightly mention in your writing.

There are many attacks that bitcoin has received, but every day it looks more armored because it has gained the trust of many people in the world, the control could be said that we all have it. Great article brother, have a great start of the week.

That's right @amestyj, finally everything is a matter of economic interests, and that everyone wants to support what he has, I understand that many after so long do not want to lose the power they have. But, cryptos are here to stay.

Hello friend @josevas217

That's right, again news in function of these centralized decisions of traditional banking institutions coincide with the price collapse of the entire crypto market, is this case the pronouncement of the central bank of Japan not only hit the price, but also adds to an escalation of attacks from the most powerful banks in the world looking for allies to liquidate and bring to zero the crypto market.

Best regards, be well.

However, these price variations can be useful to traders, because it gives an even greater movement to cryptos.

Hello friend @josevas217.

Actually a great topic that you share with us in this opportunity, and even more in these days with so many movements in the world of cryptocurrencies, so your content is of great value to all of us who are in search of any information in relation to the topic raised, you share excellent analysis with which I agree.

There are several variables that you have analyzed and that point to what is happening, that is why I would like to highlight what you express:

In view of all this that I have mentioned above, it seems to me that this is an attack organized by the central banking institutions of the countries that are world powers, or of the European bloc. I think that finally what it shows is the scope that cryptocurrencies have had, and that it is undoubtedly putting at risk what is traditionally known as the financial system.

Totally agree with you, thank you for providing us with such an excellent analysis which I enjoyed reading, greetings and many successes.

They may lower prices for a few days, or for hours, but I see it as very difficult for that to be permanent.

hi @josevas217

https://steemit.com/hive-192037/@atim1234/i-lost-50-steem-on-steemscan-com-how-did-it-happen

Hello @atim1234
How odd this is, I have used steemscam before and it has not happened to me. Let me check calmly, see if I can give you some guidance on this.
Sorry for the late reply, but I've been a little busy.

Hello friend, I agree with you, they can not disappear that system, they have great influence yes, but that does not mean that cryptocurrencies will disappear. I think it is an excellent way to manage our income. Greetings.

This is one of the best that has been created in terms of finance. I agree.

Hello @josevas217, I do believe that the large banking industry may be generating these comments to change the expected upward trend and turn it into a decline without recovery of crypto assets.
For many it is clear that the croptomnedas will soon dominate the new economy and foreign exchange markets, so the "old banking" and current currencies will be greatly affected.

Cryptos are already an important part of the entire monetary system, even if these central organizations do not like them. Fortunately, we are already using them.

Greetings @josevas217 it is possible that these large entities are making an organized attack, in order that people lose credibility in cryptocurrencies, and are afraid to invest, although it is no secret that cryptocurrencies are increasingly accepted in the world, and it is something that no one can stop by much economic power they have, as time passes the cryptocurrency market is becoming stronger and stronger.

Thank you for sharing this relevant information.

Just as you say @chucho27
There are more and more of us using cryptocurrencies, and this number will continue to increase.

Crypto will survive anyway. Most of those old crazy people think that they gonna live forever. While the young generation will go all to crypto. It's funny how they fight the technology and the improvement. But it's good they didn't join here. We are ok without them. ☺

those crazy old guys, heh heh heh But you're right, the chances of cryptos disappearing because of those kinds of pressures are very slim.

It might sound crazy what you said, but in particular I totally agree with you, how can a person change his mind overnight, I say this because Elon Musk after he said that bitcoin was a wonder, now he says he does not accept bitcoin to buy his tesla cars, in my opinion it is because of the same pressure exerted by central banks worldwide.

Greetings and thanks for your contribution.

The pressure on him for sure made him change his mind quickly, but he lost credibility.
