Excellent, my congratulations for such an interesting post, we really use this type of crutches to be able to organize ideas or as you say when we are interrupted to go back to where we left off,

Speaking well is an art. There are many techniques that help us in that process. I try to share the things I know, both as a speaker and as a teacher.
