If at the beginning of your day you say to yourself: ‘Today nothing and no one will interrupt my happiness’, you are preparing yourself for a wonderful day.
This affirmation opens the channel for good energies to flow to you. Start by taking things slowly and reflecting properly.
If something is not clear to you, don't hesitate to ask questions; this will let you know where you stand. Avoid leaving things to interpretation, as everyone has their own perspective and you cannot guess what others are thinking.
Keep a positive attitude at all times. In terms of gambling, always bet on winning. Be a winner in your life. Repeat to yourself affirmations such as: ‘I will do well’, ‘I feel good’, ‘I can’, ‘I do well’, ‘I am the best’ or ‘I am a successful person’.
Remember that the mind can be tricky and often traps us in negative thoughts. When that happens, immediately transform those thoughts into positive ones.
This effort is temporary, as you educate your mind. Some people take longer in this process than others, but once you have trained your mind, positive thinking will become automatic.
You will begin to think correctly and optimistically, considering the various options you have in any given situation. Generally, a problem can be approached in multiple ways.
Exercise your creativity by thinking of different alternatives for dealing with challenges. If you find it difficult to do it alone in your mind, write it down on a piece of paper: write down the situation and possible solutions, then analyse which one suits you best and make a decision.
There is always a need for us to pay attention to our positive thoughts because our thoughts influenced the steps we take at the end of the day. We must not take it for granted
