Relatability As A Skill In Community Development.

Relatability
Relatability is a skill that some persons do not deem necessary, this is because they believe people should find a way to understand them, deal with them and cope with them. Truth is, life itself is an interactive community and when people imbue selfishness; it blinds them to the gestures and non verbal communication of people that surrounds them. In other words some people feel they're impeccable, capable of being a leader but deem themselves too small to be called a follower.
True Goal Of Leadership?
So when you as a leader do not possess relatability, it means your leadership is hardly elective but self-aclaimed, this is often rampant in decentralised Blockchain and communalism (an extinct system of government). In decentralisation, accomplishments often automatically defines one for a role of leadership, yes. Howbeit I feel someone who should be a leader should be a person familiar with grassroot methodologies. Needless to say, greed lives in the heart and sometimes this is the singular motivation that drives people.
Communication As A Basis.
Irrespective of any stance anyone might hold, it's imperative to understand that communication is the basis of anything and when there's lack of communication then there's misunderstanding of intentions and desires and this brings conflict to a singular unit and this is a big problem with decentralised communities. The biggest strength of a community is possessing strength in numbers, uniformity and achieving huge tasks in a familiar form but if a community lacks interactibility will you say the leadership has been flawless?
Absolutely not! A leader is a servant who's tasks is to serve, but the lack of this mindset is the reason some so-called leaders have carved a throne for themselves making them utterly unapproachable by people who they're supposed to be leading. There's no perfect community, but a community will fail if a leader feels he needs to run an oligarch movement where only a few people matters and the rest are lay members who's only duty is to be led. This mentality is synonymous with African leadership scheme and style
The Ideal Community?
In reality or virtual, a community holds power and a leader is supposed to champion it's cause. Why are people attracted to to one community and not the others? This is because a community presents relatability at the highest order. The PROJECT HOPE community on hive is an example of such community where leadership serves at the grassroot level and the goals of the community members are achieved at large. Like I said, communications at the grassroots level from leadership to followership establishes unrivalled bond. However there's no perfect community, but it the basis aren't there, then a Community becomes a confused group of people with no underlying ideas.
Cheers to @crypto.piotr, fucho80, @Gbenga and @Juanmolina for the good works with project hope.

The strength of a community is in the ability of members to do things together, it is in a great leadership skill also.
