The Action Plan is a very useful management tool to achieve the goals we set ourselves.
As you indicate in your publication, the objectives and actions are an integral part of the action plan.
It is important that the objectives can be measured, in order to assess the progress of the plan and take the necessary actions to adjust it if necessary.
