Bullying is a terrible act and unfortunately it is very common amongst different students, schools and parents need to find a combined effort to stop this very bad habits circling amongst kids.
Exactly @ireti, it is a joint work of parents and teachers, usually the problem comes from the home, so the institutions must develop social support plans providing the help of a professional.
