13F Filings Discloses Interest Of Institutions In Bitcoin ETFs

The rising interest of big institutions in Bitcoin ETFs have been recently revealed through the 13F fillings. From the beginning of April 2024, this interest in Bitcoin ETFs has been seen in the 13F filings of institutions. And till the middle of May 2024, more 13F filings from institutions will be revealed.

The 13F filings are a compulsory filings demanded by the Security and Exchange Commission (SEC). It reveals the holdings of companies that have over $100 million in their management, and it's an obligatory filings on a quarterly basis.

The BNY Mellon and BNP Paribas are presently the biggest firms to reveal their Bitcoin ETF holdings. The 13F filings of BNY Mellon showed that it holds about 7,000 Grayscale Bitcoin ETF shares, and about 20,000 IBIT shares. While BNP Paribas holds approximately 1,000 IBIT shares.

Yong Rong has been revealed as the institution that holds the most IBIT shares, BlackRock's fund of approximately 1,000,000 IBIT shares. through its 13F filings. And as more 13F filings are revealed, institutional interest in Bitcoin ETFs may surge.
