This is really great and I would have loved to start using VPN but it doesn't seems to be legal here due to the increase in interest fraudsters and scammers.

Man, that is quite extreme. But, I guess obfuscation is about making the governments not able to know that you are really using a VPN. But, I would for sure feel a bit nervous about using it still if it was illegal in my country.
