Some business personnel may actually find it difficult to hold some of their business partners into account to avoid breaking the team but the fact is that lack of proper accountability can damage one's business.

Absolutely, it is not easy and its why you need to build the atmosphere of trust first. It requires deliberately building this type of culture, the journey can be quite uncomfortable but it pays dividends.
