Anyone who is a good listener can really learn and solve problems very fast. It's really important we all develop that listening habit or receptive skills because this habit can really make us achieve greater things in life.

I love the point you gave about thinking before you speak and one of the best ways to achieve this is to listen carefully to what you've heard which gives you a sense of understanding before sharing your point of view or thoughts on what you've heard. It's really so sad today that most people just speak anyhow without even thinking before talking.
