The BNP Paribas, which holds the position as the second biggest bank in the whole of Europe, has declared that it has bought Bitcoin. BNP Paribas recently showed this to the United States Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).

BNP Paribas showed this to the SEC via a 13F declaration. From the documents, it could be seen that the bank had purchased some shares of the BlackRock BTC ETF.

Big companies that are into investments, and have more than $100 million in their management, are required to reveal their holdings, on a quarterly basis; via the 13F filing - according to regulations.

The BNP Paribas, which has more than $600 billion in their asset management, had acquired about $40,000 in IBIT. This is a remarkable event, as it shows the start of one amongst the biggest European banks acquiring Bitcoin through ETF.
