You may really wonder how come you keep on doing the same things over and over again, even when deep down in your body you know it's doesn't work. That's because you've made a habit of doing it like that. A habit is simply a pattern that you've allowed to have a strong hold in your life. The good thing is that you can learn to create patterns you want in your life.

Take a good look at life in general - you'll see that people get trapped, mostly by themselves. They get trapped by their our mind and their own thoughts and limiting beliefs. Usually the main problem holding you back is, you. When negative patterns are numerous in your life, the result of that is a negative kind of life.

In the midst of all the chaos you see in this world, there's always a pattern in that chaos. And that's why you need to find somewhere quiet and really analyze your life critically and see if there are negative patterns that have been holding you back from achieving your dreams.

The first thing is definitely for you to identify the patterns in your life - like what time do you go to bed? What time do you wake up? How often do you study to improve yourself? Which kinds of people do you attract into your life? If you check closely you'll see that there are probably one or two bad patterns that you can remove from your life that will give you better results.

But it could even get better. Now, that you know that patterns are the things making or breaking you, you can start creating better patterns that have been known to achieve good results in your life. Patterns such as waking up very early to start your day, and so on. It's hard at the beginning to create new beneficial patterns, but when you repeat it many times over - it becomes automated, and the pattern is formed.

Our body really gets used to the daily patterns we choose to follow, and consistently following these daily patterns will make it difficult for us to adjust to any other new input, but who says we cannot change? The same way we built the old habit is the same way we can work around developing a new one.
