In life as in business, we are bound to either be at the top, bottom or struggling to get to the top or falling to the ground but there are some that have learned to remain at the top for a very long time especially as wealthy people because of they have learned to play by the rules they met in the world, and they have learned to play it well. Non of these people create the rules, they just learn to use it to their advantage leaving you wondering what they are doing that you are not doing. Well, here are a few.
They learn to make sure they win more than lose more. They create a no lose rigged situation where they are hedging everything that can be edged so they do not fall off the cliff. You need to learn to get things that are high risk at almost zero or no risk at all, because that is the only way you can. Leverage everything you can leverage on and ensure that you always almost free yourself or your business from liabilities, or class action law suits.
Another thing you should work on as you climb the ladder is a good representation either in business or legally. You wonder why lawyers are paid extremely high, i is because they are willing to help you interpret the law to your favor as well as show you blind spots to help you grow in that same business. As a poor, you do not have power to bend the law to your favor but the rich can. All they need is litigation and they are fine while you are already bankrupted and even when they are illegal since they are referred to as slap suits, they are still used by lawyers regularly.
The rich are not that good at calculation they just make sure they employ a very good accountant to the calculations for them. This people will ensure that you are never paying the tax you are not meant to pay and they make sure your money is safe from the government, the company, the people, and even charity. Why do you think CEOs make billions even when the company they are running goes bankrupt.
PR is one thing you cannot do without. You see, when you start to make good money, your image is on the line. Things you could do and get away without becoming a matter of the press before becomes things that you cannot hide from the media. In fact, you life becomes a gist on the front page of blogs, papers, and magazines. Having a good PR team is as important as staying relevant and almost clean at all times.
