keeping to standard is one thing that a lot of businesses in Africa do not do especially when it is not handled by foreign organizations. I visited a hotel some days back and I was disappointed at the state at which I met it. The hotel some months ago was top notch and everyone wanted to be a lodger, but then I don't know what could have happened with the management team that could have led to the poor management of the hotel.
Quality services is very important in any business or establishment... it is what determines whether the customers will come back to patronize or not
