The world does not need more sacrifices / Reflecting.

Throughout history we observe that the great achievements of nations are obtained through sacrifice, the great conquests always leave a trail of blood that becomes the highest price that innocent people end up paying in many cases or brave people who voluntarily offer their lives for some cause considered important.
I wonder if it should continue to be this way, if humanity will ever achieve a level of consciousness that allows us to avoid bloodshed for causes that we should have overcome decades ago, such as racism, bullying, xenophobia or any form of discrimination or segregation of which the majority minority groups in the world are victims.
Why need a sacrifice to act?
The death of the American George Floyd at the hands of a police officer ignited Minneapolis, generating a series of anti-racial protests that continue to this day, albeit with less intensity, and evolved into other forms of protests.
This sacrifice sparked so much outrage and rejection, to the point that people did not care if they were infected with covid-19, violated confinement, took to the streets to demand justice and to say with their protests, no more human sacrifices.
The magnitude of the protests seem to have had a positive effect on some multinational companies, this has led him to consider the effect of the subliminal messages implicit in their advertising campaigns, in their brands, slogans and slogan.
Delayed response.
A few days ago I read some news that make me reflect on these issues;
The multinational cosmetics company L’Oreal announced the withdrawal of some terms considered racist from its White/whitening, fair/fairness, light/lightening products, mainly in skin products.
In that same order Unilever announced the withdrawal of the name of its Fair&Lovely skin cream.
Coca-Cola announcement to pause for at least thirty days its advertising on social networks.

In addition it is said that in the United States several companies are announcing to modify their visual campaigns.
Conclusion.
All of these measures are good, very acceptable and commendable, but my point here is this: Why wait for someone to die to rectify? Why do we need sacrifices to make significant changes?
I think that society must move to a new level of consciousness, there are many things happening around us and we have become so used to them that they seem harmless, behaviors that have become so common that we do not give it importance.
Racism, xenophobia, bullying, discrimination in any of its forms incite others to imitate such harmful actions, they are capable of generating suicidal behavior in those who at some point are victims of them.

It has been like that since time memorial, ai think even after knowing the truth a lot of people feel relaxed until there is a reminder that there might be an issue with them soon, such is the case of the death of the black man recently.
For years the black have been oppressed but the recent death of a black man opened the eyes of the black men to the fact that they may be killed at anytime also and that is the awakening spirit.
Yes friend, unfortunately this is how things happen in our world, when someone dies for a cause then people react.
I think that we do not need more deaths to stop some human behavior that incites contempt, we must stop and think that we do not need more discriminatory behavior in the world because this has consequences.
the world is changing and personally I think it's being positive, new skills new ways of thinking are taking us to do things better. It's a shame i should dying people to reach that understanding, owr I see it as part of the learning process apparently if we suffer we learn, we will be engraved with fire esis knowledge
I think it is unfortunate that human beings need pain to learn, not this type of pain based on racial or ethnic discrimination, that is something that in my opinion should be in the past.
@fucho80 I agree with you. We have seen these in usa recent. This type of problem can we solved by talking also. Talking is the best therapy it can solve any big problems. We just need to have little patience.

TrufflePigWe are being attacked by the few in power for everything. And with this virus we see how the whole scene has changed, we are losing our freedom, we have to obey their commands. It's high time people wake up and shift to higher consciousness, only then will they understand what is in their best interest in the true sense and stop being puppets. We are used to the conditioning of our governments, media, authorities and blindly follow what comes from the top. Truly a sad state. If we do not wake up now, we and the generations down the line are going to suffer terribly.
It is sad that in order to fight for our right blood needs to be shed, in order to prove a point life must go in for it. All this really needs to stop, the normal man needs to speak and receive audience without having bro sacrifice one of their own first.
