No doubt, AI and automation (technology as a whole) has helped us in many ways but looking at the flip side, it has also brought some banes with it. AI technology is good in many ways but it is a serious threat to many jobs. Lately my hubby underwent a complex surgery and it was done Robotic, if it would have been manual, there could have been complications since the surgery was done near the heart area. So in some ways it is good but yes getting it into our day to day life activities is not very good. Like lately in my city there are restaurants opened up where the robots serve, such things are not good, first of all no personal touch and loss of jobs.
There is no doubt that technology (robots or something) will steal many jobs from humans, but I am sure that we will always be superior to machines... After all, we are the ones responsible for creating "them".
