AFRICAN NATIONS WITH THE MOST NATURAL RESOURCES

African countries are blessed with natural resources, although mostly far behind with innovation and advancement in technology, the presence of rich mineral resources in certain African nation are present. Some African nations that are behind in innovation and social amenities are blessed with lots of natural resources even more than the civilized countries.

In Africa you can find gold, diamond, coal and other natural resources that makes other countries interested in doing business with African countries. Although these resources are not the same in every part of Africa nations as different countries have different measures of its own natural deposit.

Everything we have built on earth from the days of the ancient man was done through the availability of natural resources, different nations have smartly learnt how to turn their raw materials into useful products and to develop better and more beautiful structures.

Some African Nations and the Available Natural Resources.

I have realized that virtually everyone on Project. Hope is from an African country, we might just have people who are interested in knowing African countries filled with the most abundant natural resources, hence the reason for the post.

Tanzania is a blessed African nation that can boast of: Iron, Gold, Nickel, Uranium, Oil and Gas with the presence of oceans and farmable lands. In Tanzania a red gem stone has also been found and this red gem stone has only been discovered in Tanzania as they are the only suppliers of this gem stones worldwide. The exportation of gold and agricultural products is the major source of economy in Tanzania.

Mozambique is an African nation that can boast of: Coal, Aluminium, Iron, Oil and Gas, Diamond, Steel, Gold with oceans and lands suitable for farming. Aluminium seem to be the source of economic growth in this country as most of the other resources have not yet been tapped.

Nigeria is a blessed African nation that can boost of Limestone, Coal, Oil and Gas, Iron ore, Zinc, Lead with oceans and lands suitable for farming. Petroleum seem to be the major source of income for Nigeria’ economy.

Guinea is as well a blessed African country that can boast of: Iron, Aluminium, Bauxite, Gold, Diamond, with ocean and lands good for farming. Guinea alone can boast of 25% of the Bauxite that exist worldwide.

South Africa is another blessed African nation that can boast of: Diamond, Gold, and Platinum with oceans and lands suitable for farming. South Africa is often referred to as the only civilized African nation because of its growth in technological advancement and social amenities. South Africa is abaundantly rich in Gold and Diamond that these resources serve as the major source of economic growth in the country.

Ghana can boast of: Diamonds, gold, silver, salt, ocean, Oil and Manganese. Recently, Ghana holds the record for the highest amount of gold producing country amongst African nations.

Namibia is another African country that boosts of: Uranium, Diamond, Zinc, Lead, Sulphur, and Copper with oceans and lands suitable for farming. China has invested greatly in this country because of the presence of Uranium and the Uranium processed can be used to generate electricity.

Niger: Niger is an African country that can confidently boost of: Oil, Coal, salt, Petroleum, Uranium, Gold, Iron and phosphate. Uranium is the major source of Uranium production and remember that Uranium can be used for the production of nuclear weapons.

Zambia is an African country blessed with: Lead, Copper, Zinc, Coal, Cobalt, Gold, Gold, Silver, and Uranium. Zambia holds the award for the highest amount of cobalt producing nation.

Congo is a country rich in Diamonds, Cobalt, Lead, copper, Iron, Lithium, forests, iron, Lithium with Arable land. DR Congo is a major producer of Cobalt, Ore, Copper and Diamond.

Above are the list of ten African countries that are rich in mineral resources but it is very sad that most of these African countries are still in so much debt and do not even have basic social amenities for its citizens.
