Our internal enemy... FEAR!!
I think this is something known to all of us, Fear and I also know that many of us still remain and live with many fears in our lives, in our minds.
Some were implanted when we were young, others with the passing of the already adolescent years and 'of course it is not superfluous to mention those that we acquired once we feel adult. Fear is something that paralyzes us before life, that does not allow us to advance many times, that makes us lose great opportunities, in short, it is an emotion that has many disadvantages.
In particular, I cannot deny that I have always been a little afraid of new things, of changes, but little by little I have been leaving those fears behind, in order to give freedom to my thoughts and also to give me the opportunity to experience other things.
I know that fear is necessary in some moments of our lives, and that it helps us to run away or to face certain circumstances, but everything becomes a problem the moment we let fear take over everything we do, the moment he takes the helm or the command, we will be his slaves. I'm telling you!
Many times we believe that fears are impossible to overcome, that they are bigger than us, that our mind is not capable of neutralizing them, and we are wrong, in this life we are capable of anything, that some are easier, yes, it is true, others may need professional help to be able to overcome them definitely, but it is not impossible, we just have to use the tools we have at hand.
A fear as basic as not wanting to speak in public, I think many feel it hahaha... But for example, taking public speaking classes and including psychological support, are tools we could use if we want that fear to disappear.
The fear of failing in life, of not meeting the expectations of others, including (our parents), the fear of change, of not finding a partner, of getting a new job, are many fears that we can talk about, but at the end of the day they are that FEARS!
That emotion often doesn't let us be who we really are, doesn't let us express ourselves, doesn't let others appreciate what we have to give.
But that is life, it is full of triumphs, failures, fears, happiness, sadness, joy, bitterness, and something very important of CHANGES, changes to which we have to adapt whether we want to or not.
Let's not let a simple emotion dominate our life and our thoughts, let's be afraid when it really deserves it, otherwise let's face that which makes us afraid.

There is actually no doubt that fear has really been the greatest internal enemy of our progress in life. Some people became failure today due to the presence of fear in their mind and this is really something that must be overcome even though it really takes more time and patience for this to happen.
On a serious note, I've lost lot of great opportunities due to my high level of fear. There are even simple and easy projects I could do back then for great business men but fear is really obstructing me to achieve this and I'm really trying my best to do away with fear.
Thanks for sharing this great post with love from @hardaeborla and I hope you have a great day ahead

Hello @hardaeborla thanks for your comment, fear is a double-edged sword, if we can't control it we can become its slave!
Fear is the basis for some species to survive... But as humans I feel it is more the evil than the good it can do us. I stay away from it. Not because I think I'm superman, heh, heh, but because I don't want anything to stop me...
That's right @josevas217 is the best we can do, get away, I'm still in process! Thanks for commenting!
@franyeligonzalez fear is the biggest enemy of every one , if we concur our fear we will definitely win all the race.
Hello friend, fear can be our ally, it's all about knowing when we can take advantage of it. Thanks for commenting!!
I once read in a book that the most appropriate way to overcome fear is through fear and how is that possible:
If you are afraid to get on the road to work today, the fear of being jobless, homeless and hungry tomorrow should make you get up on your feet and rush to work.
Hehehe very good reflection friend!
