MAKE A MAP OF DREAMS, there is a lot of information on the internet about it, do not start the year without knowing what you want, where you are going, it is necessary to have a plan, a road mapped out and also a short and long term planning. It is your decision where you want to go, if you want to go forward or stay in the same place.

HAVE SELF CONFIDENCE, the key to everything is in how MUCH OR HOW LITTLE YOU BELIEVE IN YOURSELF, if you don't believe in yourself you will see everything impossible, so work on that, on your self-esteem and your abilities.

EDUCATE YOURSELF EVERY DAY, choose an hour of the day to learn something new, on the internet there are many free courses that you can benefit from. Listen to a podcast, watch a video, read a book, do something that brings you closer to your goals.

SURROUND YOURSELF WITH PEOPLE WHO ARE IN THE SAME TUNE AS YOU, people who want to get ahead, who have goals, who have ambitions, remember that we are always the reflection of the 5 people with whom we spend most of our time.

READING, read every day a few pages of a book that you like, preferably on topics of interest and that leave you some learning, for example, finance or personal growth.

CONSTANCE AND DISCIPLINE, the days when you do not feel like doing anything, those are the most important days to forge our discipline and perseverance, because when we feel like it, anyone can do it, the hard part is to stay on our feet.

CREATE OUR HEALTHY HABITS FOR YOUR LIFE, get up earlier, exercise, take your vitamins and minerals, eat healthier, meditate, do 10 minutes of conscious breathing every day, in short, there are many new habits that you can implement in your days.
