“Without adding value to where you are, it will not be long and you will lose relevance”

This spoke to me. I find that humans mostly like to complain. But rarely do we offer solutions or even ask questions. Understandable, since solutions are much harder than complaints. But solutions offer value, and complaining just reiterates the problem.

In the hierarchy of problem solving:

• Defining a problem.
• Determining the cause of the problem.
• Identifying solutions.
• And implementing solutions.

If more of us did more problem-solving, the world would probably be a better place.
