I consider that both approaches have contributed in the field of education, it is really difficult to say which model works best and each one defends the one that works best for him with good arguments, each one has had its influence on educational theories and strategies and I believe that its choice is more suited to the type of person who uses it to interpret their reality.

Yes I agree both paradigms have contributed considerably in the field of education, both learning models are promising depending on the strategy that is embodied at the time of imparting educational knowledge both cognitive and constructivist model as they are models that allow the student more possibilities in a good learning for a better future.
