Certainly there are times when we have to take responsibility for our families, either because we decided to start our own or because in some cases we must take care of our siblings or parents, my clearest example is my mother, after the death of my grandmother being the eldest of her siblings she assumed greater responsibility with them, to the point that today being all men and women with families they respect my mother's opinion on any issue that concerns them as a family.
