There are certain things that naturally push us to get things done in life, when we were in school we had to read our books because we want to make good grades and make our parents proud of us so at a point like that even if we did not feel like reading, we still had to push ourselves to read then we get to graduate from school and then we get a good job, we do not go to work early every day just because we like to do so but we get up to work every day because we need to or we bear the consequence of being fired.
Now, choosing to become entrepreneur’s makes us feel as we are not accountable to anyone and as such we can decide to wake up at the time that we please as well as go to work at the time we please also which is a very strong reason why some new entrepreneurs often fail. Entrepreneurship requires more motivation than every other working class group, the need for self-motivation makes a significant difference.
Describing the situation of an entrepreneur above is just a clear reason to make us see that we need to motivate ourselves the more even when we have no one to motivate us. The secret to success is being able to motivate ourselves even when we are not accountable to anyone. It appears that the world we live in have so many people struggling to get themselves motivated and everyone is left to cruise his or her own boat the way they please.
If you are always waiting for someone to push you before you get on to your dreams then you might just need to wait until forever. Regularly trying to bend and twist our ways away from pain will not make success achievable. It is an advice from successful people that those of us who are young must be willing and ready to face the pain and struggle then dedicate our hearts to get more out of life and accomplish a better result at the end of the day.
The most important thing I want you to gain from this post, is the need to keep pushing through the pain and the difficulties while our eyes are glued on the type of future we want.
I have read a few things about Andrew Carnegie and his contribution towards the steel industry revolution in America. Reading about this great man again feels so good.
I agree with this statement. You do not have to wait for people to force you to work on your dreams. You have to do it yourself.
