Contrary to popular believes that there are specific foods, which will function the same way in all humans who consume it; the truth happens to be that - one mans food may easily be another man's poison. As a result, you need to know what foods increase your productivity.

Quite frankly, it tends to be related to the profession a person is into. The kinds of food a wrestler should consume should in many ways be different from the kinds of food a ballet dancer needs. Remember, foods play a vital role in providing the body with the right energy.

Nikola Tesla once said, "I have found that foods that most people love, is poison to me." Those are the words of the famous scientist who made many great inventions that have been helpful to humanity. Foods serve as fuel to your body, and you need to figure out which foods fuel your body properly.

It may be unwise to allow people tell you what to eat and what not to eat. You need to develop your personal body observation, enough to realize what foods fuel you properly, and gives you the boost to be more productive during your working days.

You'd agree with me that, some particular foods may make you feel sleepy after consumption. And if you need to stay awake and productive, then such a food is counter productive. The basic point is that you need to become more aware, that it's up to you to recognize within your body - which foods make you more productive.

Greetings, friend. You're right. Some foods seem to apply the "all things are relative" idea. What might be good for me, might not be any good for others, and so on. I've seen this with milk, for example. Carbs-rich foods, such as bread, pasta, or rise also seem not to be for everybody.

At the end of the day, we have to find what better suits us.

Kind regards.
