Today's dynamic world demands a high level of competitiveness, through a high response capacity, which occupy tools to improve work performance and this in turn generates much more profitability to companies.
It is for this reason that companies worldwide are constantly confronted with the need to improve their labor performance in order to strengthen competitiveness and sustain themselves optimally in the market, so that they are much more efficient than the rest.
For this reason, companies decide to promote training activities, since they often need workers with certain specialized knowledge, although no one knows with certainty how to fully benefit from the investment, since it may happen that workers leave, transferring the benefits to another employer, or that they lose their jobs without being able to apply the acquired knowledge in the market.

Every organisation if not properly trained will soon fuzze out and not tend to be relevant any longer as time goes on as that is what I have learnt
